  • Global pay strategy. Designed pay structures for 7,000+ employees across 20+ markets, using benchmarking data to keep pay fair internally and competitive externally.
  • Compensation cycles. Led the annual compensation and promotion cycles, from budget planning to the insights presented to executive leadership.
  • Financial planning. Ran monthly and quarterly employee cost and variance analysis to spot budget deviations and spend more efficiently.
  • IPO and equity modeling. Built financial models of compensation and equity costs for IPO planning, including EPS projections and long-term scalability.
  • Executive advisory. Advised CXOs on future rewards frameworks and equity strategy.
  • Team leadership. Mentored six analysts as Competence Lead.

  • Workforce planning. Developed a five-year growth and cost model for the Deloitte Tax division, covering a workforce of 10,000+.
